Keano, a true captain!

Keano expressed his frustration on MUTV, which was regarded as undesired by Old Trafford camp managerial level. But I do think his comment is reasonable. What he's done is beneficial to the team! I do agree Red Devils need a winter sales and big purchase.

On a Football365.com article I read:

On Van der Sar: "He should have saved that. That was saveable."

On O'Shea: "He's just strolling around when he should have been busting a gut to get back."

On Rio: "Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink robbed Ferdinand for the second goal... I have seen that happen to Rio before. It is poor defending."

On Darren Fletcher: "I can't understand why people in Scotland rave about Darren Fletcher."

On Kieran Richardson: "He is a lazy defender who deserved to get punished.. he wasn't doing his job."

On Alan Smith: "What is he doing there? He is wandering around as if he is lost. He doesn't know what he is doing."

Though the comments are tough, but all are true. VDS seldom makes such error after his arrival to Old Trafford, but Rio did several time this season, so Keane further added:

Just because you are paid £120,000 a week and play well for 20 minutes against Tottenham, you think you are a superstar.

That's true as well! Hey, you are one of the highest-paid players in England, but your performance is so unconvincing, so you gotta improve to match your value.

Yes, Man Yoo need a big sales. Fletcher is not up to standard. O'Shea and Brown as well. They are not the people who can help Man Utd to get trophies! Simply sell them.

Smithy is forced to play Keano's role, so he is just like a wanderer. So, Fergie, please let him play as an attacker. You might let him play right winger or even attacking midfield, but never the defensive midfielder.

During the 1-4 Riverside disaster, a Hong Kong commentator said "All teams who seriously fancy Euro and domestic trophies are picking defensive midfielder very carefully. However, Fergie chose Smithy-Fletcher partnership, which is a fatal failure."

To me, I can't agree anymore.

Chelski lost eventually

After being down 0-1 to Betis, Chelski won only one in the recent four games. Their form is obvious dropping dramatically. God knows if Man Yoo can get some / all points from them in weekend. After the Red Devils encountered a disaster 1-4 in Riverside, Fergie had already blamed heavily on his under-performing squad and asked them to have extra training session. Do hope that Man Yoo can have a shining performance this weekend.

Week 2 of Lamp+King group result released!

This week, though KaNaSaI is not the top-scoring team, but he is still the table topper! congrad~!

The Best Team is the best team of the week. He got 132 points, since he got both Lampard, for sure everyone here has, and Owen! I think many people will have owen in the coming week, since he will stay home to face Birmingham. Here is the complete lineup of The Best Team:

Reina (13.5)
Khizanishvili (6.5), Josemi (--), Taylor (10)
Whitehead (17), Tugay (-1.5), Jarosik (6), Emre (5), Lampard (39.5)
Henry (--), Owen (36)

There are several team achieving over 100 points this week. They are The Best Team, (TT) Face Like A Dropped Pie, 4 Half a Man and a Horse Head, pantswinall and hampeh, who took over my second place this week.

After the second week, the ranking are as following:
1 KaNaSaI 241.50
2 hampeh 232.00
3 Outclass 231.00
4 The Best Team 220.50
5 pantswinall 213.00
6 GloryGunners 202.00
7 Un gatto nel cervello 198.00
8 Crazy 196.50
9 armagadon 191.00
10 2 man team 187.50

Pennant ruins his own career

I read Football365.com gossi today:

Jermaine Pennant, who has spent time in prison for drink driving, reportedly arrived drunk at training on Sunday, and was promptly sent home, raising concerns that his Birmingham career might be over - although it is unclear whether anyone else would take a gamble on the former Arsenal youngster.
