Carling Cup Finalists stunned!

Both the finalists of last season Carling Cup have been knocked out. After Liverpool lost 1-2 to Crystal Palace, Chelsea's Blunter cost his team the place in next round.

Both Liverpool and Chelsea fielded half of their first team players to the matches, but those first-teamers couldn't secure wins for their squads.

But Huth is the spotlight of this round Carling Club. Terry's 40-minute goal gave Chelsea a lead in their home game against Charlton, but before both team back to change room, Huth created a chance to Bent, who equalised. The 1-1 was kept through extra time and sent both teams to penalty shootout.

Huth was the only one missed a penalty in both teams, so allowed Addicts claim their place in the next round.

Though Jose Morihno didn't public blame the German defender, but the double errors are inevitably the talking points for matches. Won't Huth be sold accompanied by Glenn Johnson in the next summer, or even January?

I scored 138 to get the second place in "Lampard + Henry Group": First Week Group Results

OK. All points released! "KaNaSaI" is now the table topper by scoring 146.5 points. His line-up for this week is as follows:

T. Henry (ARS - F) 2.00; H. Pedersen (BOL - F) 8.00; S. Ameobi (NUF - F) 31.50
F. Lampard (CHE - M) 19.50; B. Emre (NUF - M) 29.00; M. Essien (CHE - M) 7.50; H. Nakata (BOL - M) 24.00
S. Taylor (NUF - D) 8.00; O. Tebily (BRM - D) 3.50; Z. Khizanishvili (BLA - D) 13.00
K. Davis (SUN - G) 0.50
Week Total: 146.50
Team Total: 146.5

Ameobi, Emre and Nakata, who are the top three highest-point players, all perform well for KaNaSaI. I (my team) and GloryGunners follow KaNaSaI tightly with 138 points.

Biloi69 said it's a magic for me to get 136 points with just $75, but GloryGunners made a even bigger miracle. He achieved 138 points as well, but with Borgetti and C. Powell not playing. In other words, he achieved 138 points with approximately $64! On average, his every dollar can generate 2.1 points! The reason behind the miracle is his midfield, composed of Nakata, Rommedahl, Emre and Lampard!

Sociology101 was the group leader after the first match day, since he got Dario Silva and C. John. But now, he is ranked number 6. Don't you think you gotta replace Westerveld? Here are the top ten:
1KaNaSaI146.50
2Outclass138.00
2GloryGunners138.00
4hampeh128.50
5robstylesistheman113.50
6Sociology101110.00
7h.L Belingis109.00
8Crazy108.00
9Feltham hammers107.00
10Rags & Bones104.50

To me the most interesting thing is the "Lampard+Henry Team" perform better than my original team. My "Lampard+Henry Team" scored 138 points; while only 102 points for my "Team A". I think Ameobi is the key, 'coz my Team A only have Crespo, who only contributed 2 points to my team.

Chelsea Held Dramatically

Who can guess the most under-achieving Everton is the first team to steal points from Chelsea? But it happened! Before the Champions dropped this first 2 points, they scored 13 goals in three games. Such strong display makes everyone facing them fear.

However, Toffee's brave show allows little space for the champions. Chelsea couldn't create as much opportunities as previous matches. It seems that their form dropped a bit. Could Everton Goodison heroic draw pave the path for Man Yoo to end Chelsea's unbeaten run?

First Match Day for "Lampard + Henry" Group

After the first match day since Lampard+Henry Yahoo! Fantasy Soccer Group is set up, Sociology101 tops the table with 58.50. He picked two very "economic" strikers Dario Silva and Colins John. And both of them scored a goal, though Silva's goal couldn't be translated into a win for his team.

The most "interesting" thing is the 25-dollar-rated Henry got only 2 points in their 1-0 win over Man City, so his price dropped to 23.80 now. Is it a more good time to get Henry?

Rags & Bones scored 54.5 points. He picked both Rommedahl and Colins John.

My result is not too bad. I am ranked number 8 in the league! Just hope Ameobi can get a Hat Trick, but i'm not sure if Newcastle can win, if Mickey Owen cannot play.

Hey, Wrong Shaped Balls 2?? You are now ranked 43th! You gotta get some quality cheap players in the coming weeks to catch up us. But Who knows what happened after the second match day!
